Q. How do I proceed with a booking?

Contact us by using the enquiry form with your preferred dates.
We will confirm to you the availabilty by email.
If the property is available you will be requested to transfer a percentage of the rental cost to reserve the property.
Upon arrival you will pay the remaining rental costs along with any other additional charges eg. damage deposit, cleaning charges, etc All charges will be pre-advised to you by email.

Q. How much deposit to I need to pay to reserve the holiday home?

The deposit is usually between 30-50% of the full rental cost depending on the individual property.

Q. What are your cancellation terms?

4-8 weeks prior to arrival - 75% of deposit returned
Between 2-4 weeks prior to arrival - 50% of deposit returned
Between 1-2 weeks prior to arrival - 25% of deposit returned
2 days prior - no deposit is returned

Q. Will we be met upon arrival?

One of our team will personally be waiting for you at your chosen holiday home after agreeing the arrival time in advance. They will show you around the property and provide as much local information as you require.

Q. When will our damage deposit be returned?

This deposit is refunded within 2 weeks of your departure however this may be returned prior to your departure once the property is free from damage.

Q. Are there charges for late arrivals?

For arrivals after 7pm, there is an extra fee of €20
For arrivals after 9pm, there is an extra fee of €40
For arrivals after 10pm, there is an extra fee of €60
We cannot accept arrivals after 12 midnight.

Q. Is a food basket automatically included?

Welcome food baskets are available at an extra cost of €20, which will include wine, bread, fresh milk, cheese, ham, water and some seasonal fruit. Please request the food basket when booking your holiday.

Q. If we stay for 10 days will the linen and towels be changed?

For stays more than one week the clean linen and towels will be provided.
